If ice forms due to walking and driving on the fresh snow, we will take care of scraping the icy buildup.

Is there a maximum amount of snow clearing visits with a monthly plan?
No, we clear the areas as many days that it snows 1cm or more.
How often do you shovel the snow and when?
We shovel your areas within 24 hours of the last snowfall of 1cm of snow or more. In the event of continuous days of snowfall, we will be by once a day to maintain the snow clearing areas.
Do I need to be home when the service is done?
No, you do not need to be present at the time of the service, as long as there is access to the areas that need the service.
I have a monthly service, but can I request additional clearings?
Yes, you can however there will be an additional fee associated with the additional visit.
Can I opt out of salt being spread?
Yes, if you do not want us to spread any salt after our visit, please let us know.
