Overgrown grass requires multiple passes with the mower in order to achieve the desired grass length while reducing the stress on the grass and equipment. Due to the extra time this takes, there will be an extra charge based on the condition and length of the grass.

Please refrain from watering the grass the night before and the day of your scheduled lawn mowing. If the lawn is too wet, we will not be able to mow and will have to reschedule

When the lawn is mowed frequently, it is good to leave the clippings on the lawn, which breaks down quickly and provides nutrients, however if you prefer the clippings to be collected, we will bag it and place it in the city green bin.

We discard the debris in your city green bins. Any additional debris (grass, thatch, leaves) will be bagged and placed by the green bin. If you prefer the Debris to be removed from the property, this can be arranged for $5 per bag.

We will clear the snow within 24 hours of snowfall of 1cm or more. In the event of continuous days of snowfall, we will be by once a day to keep on top of it.

For Spring and Fall Cleanups we will provide services at the optimum times. For mowing and trimming, we will endeavor to show up on the same days.

No, you do not need to be present at the time of the service, as long as there is access to the areas being services. We will inform you when you can expect us.

Small Yard sizes is considered a total lawn area of 1000sqf or less. Regular Yard size is considered a total lawn area of up to 1500sqf. For larger properties please reach out for a quote

These service do require a commitment, however we do understand that things can happen that are out of your control. If you do need to cancel the service, we will recalculate the value of services already completed, subtract monthly premiums already paid, then provide you with the bill for the remainder.
