FAQ
Overgrown Grass
Overgrown grass requires multiple passes with the mower in order to achieve the desired grass length while reducing the stress on the grass and equipment. Due to the extra time this takes, there will be an extra charge based on the condition and length of the grass.
Watering the grass
Please refrain from watering the grass the night before and the day of your scheduled lawn mowing. If the lawn is too wet, we will not be able to mow and will have to reschedule
What days and time do you provide the service?
For recurring clients we endeavor to mow your lawn on the same days, every week/2nd week. The times and days may vary due to weather conditions such as rain. We send reminders, the day before, the service is to be performed or if the scheduled service has to be rescheduled.
Do I need to be home when the service is done?
No, you do not need to be present at the time of the service, as long as there is access to the areas that need the mowing.
What do you do with the grass clippings?
When the lawn is mowed frequently, it is good to leave the clippings on the lawn, which breaks down quickly and provides nutrients, however if you prefer the clippings to be collected, we will place it in the city green bin.
Yard Size and Pricing?
Small Yard sizes is considered a total lawn area of 1000sqf or less. Regular Yard size is considered a total lawn area of up to 1500sqf. For larger properties please reach out for a quote
Can I switch services or frequency?
Yes, we are very flexible. If you want to switch from weekly to bi-weekly services (or vice versa), or switch to one of our more comprehensive packages, just reach out to us and we will make that happen.
Can I cancel my mowing service?
Yes, there is no commitment and you can cancel anytime with 14 days notice.
