Parking Availability
Please ensure that there is parking available directly adjacent to the property.
What days and time do you provide the service?
A date and approximate time will be provided to the property owner. Service is weather dependent and service dates may change due to unfavorable weather. In such an event, the service will be rescheduled and this will be communicated with the property owner.
Do I need to be home when the service is done?
No, you do not need to be present at the time of the service, as long as there is access to the areas that need the service.
What do you do with the Debris?
All Spring Cleanup debris will be bagged and placed in/by the city green bin for collecting. If you prefer to have the debris/leaves removed, this can be arranged at $5 per bag.
Yard Size and Pricing?
Small Yard sizes is considered a total lawn area of 1000sqf or less. Regular Yard size is considered a total lawn area of up to 1500sqf. For larger properties please reach out for a quote
Sprinkler systems and hazards
It is the responsibility of the property owner to flag all sprinkler heads and any hazards, prior to a fall cleanup service.
